Kelly Talim
Kelly Talim lives in Beaverton. She began studying violin six years ago with Hae Jin Kim and has also studied with Carol Sindell and Janet Guggenheim.
Since the summer of 2005, Kelly has attended the Haystack chamber music camp at Portland State University. In 2008 she also studied at the Great Mountain Music Festival in Korea, and in summer 2009 she took part in the first Portland Summer Ensembles chamber music workshop.
Kelly has been a member of the Portland Youth Philharmonic since 2004 and its chamber orchestra since 2009. She has also performed as a soloist with the Jewish Community Orchestra, the Vancouver Symphony and the Pacific University concert series.
