Pat McElroy

89.9 FM listeners know Pat McElroy from his Saturday on-air duties, including hosting the Saturday opera.

What they don't know is that he presently hosts an internet classical music service at www.classicalmusicamerica.com. He is also an accomplished actor, having performed in hundreds of plays and films, including the role of Jesus in the award-winning film Divine Mercy No Escape with Helen Hayes. He also tours with the Cut Time Players, a group of Detroit Symphony musicians.

Pat was a classical music announcer for three decades in Detroit at WQRS, Classical 105.1 and taught music appreciation for a decade with Dearborn Adult Education.
