A question-and-answer guide to this resource:
Q. Who can buy $5 tickets?
A. Anyone who qualifies for and has a valid Oregon Trail Card.
Q. Where do I get $5 tickets?
A. Tickets must be purchased at the Oregon Symphony Ticket Office at 923 SW Washington, in downtown Portland, or at the concert hall starting two hours before a concert. Call the Ticket Office to check if a concert is eligible. Questions: please call 503-228-1353.
Q. How do I buy the tickets?
A. You must show your Oregon Trail Card at the time of purchase and pay with cash or credit card. SNAP credit on the Oregon Trail Card cannot be used for purchasing concert tickets.
Q. What tickets can I buy?
A. $5 Arts for All tickets are usually available for the same Oregon Symphony concerts that offer student discounts. Some seating restrictions apply and tickets are subject to availability. Check OrSymphony.org/student for updates, and be sure to call the ticket office at 503-228-1353 to verify eligibility.
Q. How soon before a concert may I buy tickets?
A. You may purchase tickets starting the Monday before a concert weekend.
Q. Who else is offering $5 tickets?
A. Portland Opera, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Chamber Music Northwest, Friends of Chamber Music, Portland Piano International, Portland Baroque Orchestra, Portland Youth Philharmonic, Portland Chamber Orchestra, Portland Symphonic Choir, Cappella Romana, Portland Vocal Consort
