A Portland favorite! People of all ages enjoy the summer sounds of the Oregon Symphony at our annual free outdoor concert, supported by the City of Portland and the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC). (Due to budget constraints, this will be our only summer park concert in 2009.)

The annual tradition of launching the Oregon Symphony season with FREE parks concerts continues with the much anticipated Symphony performance at Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
The concert will feature selections conducted by Music Director Carlos Kalmar and Resident Conductor Gregory Vajda, as well as guest performers from Oregon Ballet Theatre, and will close with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture complete with cannons and fireworks!
