Ushers are located at each entrance to seating areas. They can direct you to your seats and will provide you with a program book.
Customer Service Table
Located at the Broadway Street entrance, the Customer Service Table is open before each concert and during intermission, and is available to field your questions, suggestions and issues. You can find information about tickets and upcoming concerts, and make exchanges for future concerts with the Customer Service Table representative. You may also purchase tickets, pending availability, on the day of the concert at the Customer Service Table starting two hours prior to curtain.
Food and beverage
A wide variety of sandwiches, desserts, candies, soft drinks, coffee, wine and beer are offered at concession areas in the Grand Lobby and Lower Balcony levels. For a quick bite before the concert, stop by the ArtBar & Bistro in the main level of Portland’5 (across Main Street from the concert hall). Call 503-432-2905 for reservations.
Located on the Lower Level (beneath the Grand Lobby) and on the Lower Balcony Level.
Located on the Orchestra Level near the Park Avenue entrance. A nominal fee is charged to check coats. With wet weather a possibility in Portland year-round, checking your wet coat may greatly enhance your concert experience.
Elevators serve all levels except the Upper Balcony and are located on the right side of the concert hall as you face the stage.
Accessible entrances to the concert hall are located on both Broadway and Park Street. Wheelchair seating is available on the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels. Please notify the Ticket Office at the time you make your ticket purchase if you require wheelchair seating.
Infra-red hearing system
The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is equipped with an infra-red hearing system. Headphones are available free of charge at the Cloak Room.
Large-print programs for Classical and Pops concerts are available at the Customer Service Table.
