Oregon Symphony Presents announces 2018/19 Season featuring performances spanning the entertainment spectrum

April 26, 2018

Oregon Symphony continues to expand its popular Oregon Symphony Presents (OSP) concerts, attracting diverse audiences with a passion for spectacular entertainment. The 2018/19 Season is no exception, featuring 20 concerts that stand apart from its core subscription programming including an evening with the incomparable Lily Tomlin, a discussion with Pulitzer Prize-winning comic Garry Trudeau, and a powerful matchup with guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela and the Oregon Symphony.

OSP has served as an incubator for launching a number of innovative Symphony concerts which have now become traditions. This season will include the return of the wildly popular Popcorn Package, at which the Oregon Symphony performs the soundtracks of blockbuster movies projected in HD on a huge screen, as well as the 20th-anniversary celebration of Gospel Christmas and the annual New Years’ Eve celebration with Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. OSP begins the 2018/19 Season with its latest tradition, a classical concert at the Oregon Zoo on September 1.

Tickets to OSP concerts are available to the general public on May 14, following the priority pre-sale period, during which specially priced tickets are available exclusively to Oregon Symphony subscribers.
