The Oregon Symphony has over 100 performances from September through June that include our traditional Classical series concerts, plus many other Pops, Specials, family, and holiday performances. Discounts and priority seating for groups of 10 or more are available for most Oregon Symphony concerts. Schools, associations, churches, businesses, families and friends are just some of the groups that benefit from our personalized service and discount pricing.

- Look through our concert calendar or season brochure and pick out the concert(s) and date(s) that you are interested in attending.
- Estimate the size of your group.

What kind of group discounts are offered?
Groups of 10 or more people receive special discounted prices for most of our concerts. In addition, for larger groups, we offer complimentary tickets to the group organizer and bus driver. For purchase requests of more than 100 tickets for a single concert, discounts will be offered based upon seating availability.
What about handling fees?
There are no handling fees on group sales orders.
How far in advance can I make a request?
If you can pick a date, we can take a request. Even if the concert season has yet to be announced, we'll take a request based on the date you'd like to come and confirm the details of your order once the concert information is available. Advance ordering is the key to getting the best seats.
Is a deposit required?
After your group has been assigned seats, we request a 25% deposit to continue to hold the seats. The deposit, payable by check or major credit card, will be credited towards your total balance. If for some reason your group must cancel, the deposit money is refundable or you may apply it towards another concert.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance of your order is due 2 weeks prior to the concert date. The final payment may be made by check or major credit card.
Can I change my order?
Yes! Group sales orders can be adjusted until the final payment.
When will seats be assigned for my group? Can my group sit together?
That depends on the time of year you call. Our concert season, which runs from September until June, is usually announced in February. Although we can take a request for seats at any time, we cannot confirm seating for certain concerts until mid-summer. At that time, seating requests will be filled in the order that they are received. Any order received after that time will be quoted exact seats.
We will make every effort to seat all members of your group together. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. In general, the farther in advance you make reservations, the more likely we can accommodate your seating requests.
How do I get my tickets?
After final payment has been made, we will mail you your tickets, unless you request will call pickup at the concert hall or another delivery method.
Can we take pictures at the concert hall?
Cameras and recording devices are prohibited at most concerts, unless advised otherwise. And please, in consideration of your fellow concertgoers, turn off or silence all cell phones and other electronic devices.
Where is the concert hall?
The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is located on SW Broadway & Main in the heart of downtown Portland.
