Ticket Donations

The Oregon Symphony is proud to support hundreds of local organizations each year with the donation of ticket vouchers to help raise money for non-profit organizations. Each ticket voucher is good for two tickets to select concerts listed on the voucher, valued at $100 each.

Please read this entire page and make sure you meet the following requirements:

• You represent a non-profit organization or school
• The request is at least six weeks prior to your event
• You have the organization's Tax ID number and basic information about the event
• Your organization is not politically based

Ticket Donation Request Form

After submitting the Ticket Donation Request Form, you will receive an automatic response notifying you that your application has been received. If approved, your package will be mailed to the address provided within approximately 14 days. Due to the heavy volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond directly to application submissions.

Only a limited number of requests can be accepted throughout the year. Only requests that are submitted electronically will be considered.
