For Educators

Thousands of students each year benefit from immersive musical experiences with the Oregon Symphony, from in-school performances to field trips, master classes, and more. Our affordable programs integrate into your classroom curriculum and inspire students to continue learning and exploring music throughout their lives.

Young People’s Concerts

Experience an educational concert that will expand and enrich your students’ musical and cultural learning. The Oregon Symphony orchestra gives students a memorable musical experience by combining the expansive emotional impact of classical music with historical and social concepts that relate to their lives and learning today. This youth concert will be prepared for students in grades 3-8 but can be enjoyed by music lovers of all ages!

Link Up Concerts

Participants in this year’s Link Up curriculum will be playing and singing along in the concert hall with the orchestra on “The Orchestra Moves” in this nationwide/international collaboration with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute.

Kinderkonzerts

Give your students a one-of-a-kind musical experience with these captivating educational concerts! Join us as ensembles of Oregon Symphony musicians bring the Symphony off the stage and into schools across the Portland area, with some hilarious help from our narrator Pam Mahon.
