The Oregon Symphony’s Promise to Patrons

For nearly 125 years, your Oregon Symphony has been moving music forward with adventurous programming, inspiring collaborations, and community outreach. As we all face the uncertainty created by the coronavirus pandemic, we recognize that your ticket purchase is a commitment to us and an investment in the future of symphonic music as an integral part of our community, and we honor that commitment.  

Rest assured that, although we look forward to when the Oregon Symphony returns to the stage with scheduled live performances, we will always put your health and the safety of our community, musicians, and staff first. We understand that, especially in current times, your schedules are susceptible to unexpected changes. As a result, we want you to know that we are committed to responding to your needs with flexibility, compassion, and support.  

Please know that you can purchase tickets now for concerts that begin in January 2021 with confidence. Should performance dates change, or if you are unable to attend a concert, we will provide you with flexible options, including free exchanges, gift certificates, opportunities to donate, and refunds. Also, we will keep you updated on changes to events, if they occur, as soon as we are able.
