Oregon Korean Performing Arts

Oregon Korean Performing Arts (OKPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting, educating, and preserving Korean traditional dance and music within the local community. The group regularly presents a wide range of performances—including Fan Dance (Buchaechum), Janggu Dance, and Drum Dance—sharing the spirit and beauty of Korean heritage. Through its artistic activities, OKPA continues to pass on the soul of Korean traditional arts within a multicultural and multiethnic society.

Seung Hee Ji, Director of the Oregon Korean Performing Arts (OKPA), has led the organization for over 20 years. Under her leadership, OKPA has actively promoted Korean traditional dance and culture throughout the Pacific Northwest, performing at universities, cultural festivals, and community events.
