Upon purchase of your livestreamed concert, you’ll receive a Performance Confirmation email with a custom link to a password-protected site. You’ll also receive reminder emails three days before the concert, and another email two hours before your scheduled performance. Your login link in your email is activated 30 minutes before your scheduled concert. Use your custom login link to watch the concert on your laptop, tablet, mobile device—or mirror (“cast”) the show to your SmartTV. We recommend that you access your link at least 10 minutes before the concert begins. A countdown will appear on your screen shortly before the concert begins.
If you are unable to locate your email confirmation, check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your link at least 6 hours before your scheduled concert start time, please email us at: livestream@orsymphony.org or call 503-228-1353. For immediate assistance during the livestream performance from 6pm-10pm, please contact help@overture.plus.
We recommend testing your system prior to the livestream performance by using this testing video link. If you have any issues with streaming this link please contact the Ticket Office at 503-228-1353.

If your TV can access a web browser, you can open that browser and log into your email. From there, you can open the email we sent you and click on your link to stream. If you have trouble streaming on an older TV, you may have better luck switching to an alternate device.
We recommend using the browser that gives you the fastest speeds for your everyday use. Our top choices are Google Chrome and Safari.
For the best experience, use your highest quality sound system.
If you’re experiencing issues during the livestream, a first step might be to turn the Wi-Fi off on your other devices. Or, for the strongest connection, connect your device to your router directly with an ethernet cable.
Here are a few troubleshooting actions to try in order to address some of the most common issues.
