Enhancing Your Oregon Symphony Ticketing Experience

We’re excited to announce the addition of digital ticketing through True Tickets. This secure digital ticketing option allows you to access, manage and share your tickets easily!

Accessing Your Mobile Wallet

Follow these simple steps to access your secure digital tickets when you arrive at the concert hall. For additional info, such as how to share tickets with others in your party, refer to the FAQ below.

  1. Login to your Oregon Symphony Account HERE.

  2. Tap “Digital Tickets.”

  3. When accessing your tickets under mobile wallet, tap on the performance to see your upcoming tickets. The QR code will display when doors open for the concert. If you have Apple Wallet, you should see an “Add to Apple Wallet” button on the bottom left of your ticket.

Digital Tickets FAQ

I don’t have a smartphone and I chose digital tickets. What do I do?

Digital tickets require you to have a smartphone so you can access your tickets in your mobile wallet. Please call our Ticket Office at 503-228-1353 and a ticket agent will help you chose a different ticket delivery option.

Do I need to download an app to access my digital tickets?

No, digital tickets are available in your mobile wallet, which can be accessed through our website under your Oregon Symphony account. If you prefer to use an app, tickets can be accessed through Apple Wallet.

Can I print my digital tickets and bring them with me to the performance?

No, please do not print your digital tickets. Digital tickets rely on a digital rotating barcode that must be scanned on a mobile device; screenshots and/or printouts of the digital ticket will not be accepted at entry.

Can I share digital tickets?

Yes, you can share your digital tickets directly from your mobile wallet. If tickets have been shared with you, and you can no longer attend, you can return them to the person who sent them to you or share them with someone new.

How do I share my digital tickets?

With digital tickets you’re able to easily share tickets! 

  • Log in to your Oregon Symphony account and access your mobile tickets. 
  • Tap “share tickets” and type in the name(s) of the recipient you are sharing the tickets with. 
  • Read and agree to the Terms of Use, and tap “Next.” 
  • Review and confirm name and selected tickets, and tap “Confirm.” 
  • Tap “Share with your guest” icon and send the link to the recipient. 
  • Ticket sharing is available via text, email or another app of your choice. 
  • If you need to send the link again, select “share this invite again.”

I am a subscriber and received my printed tickets in the mail. Can I still use them?

Current subscribers who have already received physical tickets will not be able to use digital tickets for concerts already purchased. Please continue to use your physical tickets. For any tickets purchased moving forward, you will have the option to select digital tickets as a delivery option.
