Celebration Concert
Overview
The Oregon Symphony's annual Celebration Concert is a tribute to the exceptional musicians and community partners that profoundly impact Portland's artistic future. This year's concert features orchestral selections from compositional giants including Bernstein, Brahms, and John Williams. Conducted by Jean Vollum Music Director David Danzmayr, Oregon Symphony Artist-in-Residence Simone Porter will also join in this year's festivities, performing a selection from Mendelssohn’s effervescent Violin Concerto in E minor.
