The Smith Auditorium is located on the beautiful Willamette University campus on 270 Winter St. SE, making Oregon Symphony in Salem concerts easily accessible.
Concertgoers can park in Willamette University parking lots after 5 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends, except in spots marked as reserved 24 hours/day. No-fee street parking is available off campus on State and Winter streets after 6 pm Monday–Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Corvallis Shuttle
In partnership with Dial-A-Bus, Oregon Symphony in Salem offers round-trip transportation to and from concerts for our Corvallis concertgoers for $15 round trip. The shuttle picks up guests from from the southeast corner of the Corvallis Market of Choice parking lot at 4:15 pm and arrives in Salem around 5:15 pm for guests to dine downtown or at the campus cafeteria. Guests who do not have transportation to the Market of Choice parking lot can request to be picked up from their homes. After the concert, the shuttle will depart from the parking spot near the fountain once all guests have boarded, returning to Corvallis by approximately 11 pm. Note: Students and others who are attending the concert at a reduced rate may be eligible for subsidized bus fare.
Willamette Campus Shuttle
For concertgoers with mobility challenges, Oregon Symphony in Salem offers a campus shuttle between the visitor parking lot on Bellevue and Winter St. and the concert hall every 15 minutes or so between 6:15 and 7:45. After the concert, the shuttle departs from the west end of the sidewalk in front of Smith Auditorium back to the parking lot. For further details, ask an usher at the concert or contact us.
