Exchange Policies

Can't make your performance?

  • All subscribers receive free unlimited exchanges all season long within your series.
  • Non-subscribers can exchange select concerts at a $6 per ticket exchange rate. Restrictions may apply.
  • Ticket exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the concert you are exchanging into.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds can be given after your ticket purchase has been made.
  • You can also donate the value of your ticket(s) by calling the Ticket Office at (503) 228-1353 or by visiting the Box Office at the hall starting two hours before the performance.*
  • The fine print:

When an exchange is made for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in value will not be refunded.

Credits are not transferable and must be used by the end of the current season.

If tickets are donated within 48 hours of a concert, the donation will not be eligible for a tax deduction.

Value of tickets cannot be combined for a higher priced ticket – ticket for ticket.

Exchanges are only series to series.

Special Concerts are ineligible for exchanges for non-subscribers.

Exchanges cannot be made between series. For example, A Classical Series concert cannot be exchanged into a movie or concert special.

All exchanges are based on availability. Restrictions may apply.

  • * Ticket Donation

The ticket face value—excluding Hall Usage Fees—will be considered a tax-deductible donation. Once the ticket donation has been processed, the Development Department will mail out a tax receipt in 6-8 weeks. The donated ticket value counts toward your donor benefit level. If a ticket donation moves you to the next donor benefit level, the Development team will mail your updated benefits with your tax receipt. Patrons who received tickets gifted to them are not eligible for a tax deduction. If tickets are donated within 48 hours of a concert, the donation will not be eligible for a tax deduction. Special Concerts are not eligible for exchange by non-subscribers, and other restrictions may apply.
