ADA Seating is available on the Orchestra level at all Oregon Symphony in Salem concerts. To purchase online, visit our Calendar page, choose the concert date you are interested in, click Buy Tickets, and look for the wheelchair symbols on the seat map. To order by phone, please call the Ticket Office at 503-228-1353 Monday – Friday 10 am – 8 pm & Concert Saturdays 1 pm – 6 pm. You may also purchase tickets in person at the Ticket Office at 909 SW Washington St.
Wheelchair accessible seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities who require these types of features for seating. The purchase or use of these accessible seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited.
The main Smith Auditorium entrance is accessible via a ramp. A shuttle is also available from the parking lot to the concert hall.
There are no elevators in Smith Auditorium. Staircases will bring you up to the balcony level seating.
Smith Auditorium has accessible restrooms on the first floor.
Large-print programs for all Oregon Symphony in Salem Concerts. Just stop by the Customer Service Table in the lobby.
